Drugs from treating flu symptoms, Tamiflu and Relenza, have been stockpiled by many government agencies in the event of a flu pandemic. Reviewers from the Cochrane Collaboration and British Medical Journal have released a statement recently that these drugs may not be as effective as people are told to believe, which symptoms stops just a half a day earlier on average. There is limited evidence to say that these agents also aided in reduction of hospital stays. Have you or someone you taken either agent, and how helpful was it in your recovery?
