Levels of LDL dropped by about 10% and HDL cholesterol levels rose by about 5%. The study included adults who were on cholesterol lowering medication and those who were not.  Have some of your patients reported lower cholesterol levels after incorporating your lifestyle recommendations or drug therapy?
