The American Academy of Neurology (American Academy of Neurology) now includes many alternative therapies for migraine prevention.  Most recently the AAN guidelines added Butterbur (Petadolex) with level A evidence in reducing the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraine headaches and feverfew, magnesium and riboflavin with Level B evidence.
